Charcoal Machine Production Line

This charcoal machine production line can be used to shape sawdust, and the formed sawdust sticks are carbonized in a carbonization furnace to obtain sawdust charcoal.

    Process Introduction

    Charcoal machine production line is a complete set of equipment to process biomass raw materials such as sawdust, rice husk, tree branches, straw and so on into mechanism charcoal (biomass charcoal) through crushing, drying, molding, carbonization and other processes. Mechanism charcoal delivers high calorific value, produces low pollution, and sustains long burning time. Barbecue, metallurgy, chemical industry, and environmental protection sectors widely adopt it.

    Workflow Introduction

    1.Raw material pre-processing section
    (1) Crusher
    Role: to crush wood, branches, straw and other raw materials into 3-5mm fine particles, to facilitate subsequent molding.

    Applicable equipment: wood crusher, straw crusher, hammer crusher and so on.

    Charcoal Machine Production Line

    (2) Dryer
    Role: to control the moisture of raw materials at 8%-12% (too high will lead to molding difficulties, too low to affect the quality of carbonization).

    Applicable equipment: Drum dryer, air dryer, three-way dryer, etc.

    2.Molding section
    (3) Rod making machine (molding machine)
    Role: To extrude the crushed biomass into hollow or solid rods (diameter 30-60mm) under high temperature and high pressure.

    Key parameters:
    Temperature: 280-350℃ (using the lignin in the raw material to soften and bond, without additional adhesive)
    Pressure: 50-100MPa (high pressure to make the raw material dense and improve the strength after carbonization).

    Common models: Screw extrusion bar making machine, hydraulic molding machine, etc.

    3.Carbonization section
    (4) Carbonization Furnace
    Function: When operators pyrolyze the fuel rods at 500-800℃ in an oxygen-deficient environment, the process drives off volatile components, producing high fixed-carbon mechanism charcoal.

    Carbonization method:
    Earthen kiln carbonization (traditional method, low cost but low efficiency and high pollution).
    Continuous carbonization furnace (environmental protection and high efficiency, can recover wood tar, wood vinegar liquid and other by-products).
    Smokeless carbonization furnace (equipped with smoke purification system, in line with environmental protection requirements).
