Process Introduction

The briquette machine production plant primarily consists of several key components: a hopper, gears, pressure rollers, a conveyor belt, a motor, and a governor. Two interlocking gears drive the rotation of dual roller moulds. The counter-rotating pressure rollers work in opposition. This opposing motion compresses material into complete spherical briquettes. It can be used to press various powders, wastes and slags, such as coal powder, iron powder, coking coal, aluminium ash, iron filings, iron oxide skin, carbon dust, carbon powder, slag, gypsum, gangue, sludge, kaolin, activated carbon, coke powder and so on. It can press coal powder, charcoal powder and carbon black into different shapes. We can also make moulds according to your needs, such as square, ball shape, egg shape, bread shape, pillow shape, briquette shape and so on. The charcoal, coal, and metallurgy industries widely use this machine.
