The bauxite rotary kiln production line constitutes a complex integrated system encompassing mechanical, thermal, chemical and automation disciplines. Its technical sophistication, operational stability and energy consumption metrics directly impact the profitability and competitiveness of the entire alumina plant.

Zhongya Machinery's bauxite rotary kiln production line constitutes the core calcination process in modern alumina manufacturing. It employs a long, inclined kiln rotating at a gentle pace to subject bauxite to continuous calcination. This bauxite rotary kiln production line effectively removes crystalline water and organic matter from the ore while altering its mineral crystallography. Consequently, it significantly enhances both the reaction rate and alumina recovery rate during subsequent Bayer process leaching operations, serving as a pivotal transitional stage in the entire alumina production sequence.
1.Feeding and Preheating:
Powdered bauxite, having undergone crushing and homogenisation, is continuously fed into the kiln from the kiln tail.
2.Calcination and Phase Transformation:
The rotation of the kiln spirally conveys the material towards the kiln head and into the highest-temperature calcination zone.
3.Cooling and Discharge:
The high-temperature clinker, having undergone calcination, is discharged from the kiln head and falls into the grate cooler.
4.Flue Gas Purification and Emission:
Flue gas, having completed its preheating function and laden with substantial dust, is discharged from the kiln tail. It sequentially passes through a purification system comprising cyclone dust collectors and bag filters.
