Process Introduction

The 500 tph Stone Crusher Plant constitutes an ‘ultra-large-scale aggregate production configuration’, prioritising high throughput, robust stability and standardised output. The 500 tph Stone Crusher Plant is tailored for bulk material supply scenarios including large-scale hydropower stations, motorways, municipal engineering projects, major ready-mix concrete batching plants and centralised aggregate supply bases. Employing a core process of ‘primary crushing + secondary/tertiary crushing + closed-circuit grading screening’, it accommodates diverse rock types including granite, basalt, limestone, and dolomite. The plant precisely produces multiple standardised aggregate specifications: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-40mm. These aggregates feature uniform particle shape and compliant gradation, meeting the stringent requirements for aggregates in high-grade infrastructure projects.

Crushing Process Introduction

1.Raw Material Feeding and Pre-Screening: Utilising heavy-duty vibrating feeders, raw aggregate is uniformly and quantitatively conveyed to primary crushing equipment whilst simultaneously undergoing pre-screening.

2.Primary Crushing: As the initial crushing stage, operators employ large jaw crushers to reduce large raw material blocks to intermediate particle sizes: up to 200–350 mm for hard rock and 180–280 mm for soft rock.

3.Secondary Crushing and Shaping: Secondary crushing is performed using a single-cylinder cone crusher. Subsequently, the processing plant uses two parallel hydraulic cone crushers to process hard rock, and two parallel impact crushers to treat and refine soft rock into shaped aggregate.

4.Closed-loop Grading and Screening: Two multi-deck vibrating screens classify the medium-fine crushed aggregate, precisely producing qualified aggregates in multiple specifications: 0-2mm, 5-10mm, 10-25mm, and 25-40mm. Simultaneously, undersize material is returned via belt conveyors to the medium-fine crushing equipment for reprocessing.
