Process Introduction

40-60 tph stone crusher plant consists of vibrating feeder, primary crushing machines jaw crusher , secondary crushing machines impact crusher or fine jaw crusher , vibrating screen, belt conveyor and other equipment. It primarily can in the crushering of aggregates (coarse aggregates, crusher run, rock sand, fine aggregates) from limestone, granite, andesite,etc.

Stone Crushing Plant Process Introduction

1.Feeding stage: the vibrating feeder feeds the material evenly, and the preliminary screening removes the soil and impurities.

2.Coarse crushing stage: primary crushing by jaw crusher, crushing large stones to below 150mm.

3.Medium and fine crushing stage: secondary crushing by impact crusher, output of stone below 40mm

4.Screening stage: Multi-layer vibrating screen classifies the materials according to specifications, and the unqualified materials return to crushing.

5.Finished product storage: different specifications of finished products through the conveyor into the respective silo.
