    Process Introduction

    The 350-450 tph Stone Crusher Plant is configured for large-scale aggregate production, prioritising high throughput and operational stability. The 350-450 tph Stone Crusher Plant is ideally suited for bulk material supply scenarios such as major infrastructure projects, ready-mix concrete batching plants, and centralised aggregate supply bases. Employing the classic process of primary crushing + secondary/tertiary crushing + closed-circuit grading, it features fully automated electrical controls and an efficient, environmentally friendly dust extraction system. Capable of processing various hard and soft rock materials such as granite, basalt, and limestone, it precisely produces standardised aggregates including 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-40mm. The uniform particle size and compliant gradation meet the stringent quality requirements for high-grade infrastructure aggregates.

    Crushing Process Introduction

    1.Raw Material Feeding and Pre-Screening

    The ZSW series heavy-duty vibrating feeder uniformly conveys raw aggregate while pre-screening out soil, fine powder impurities and other contaminants. With a feed size ≤800mm, it enhances quality and efficiency for subsequent crushing stages.

    2.Primary Crushing Stage

    Large European-style jaw crushers serve as primary crushers, reducing large rock blocks to intermediate sizes of 180–300mm. Suitable for various hard and soft rock types, they meet feed requirements for secondary and tertiary crushers, ensuring overall crushing line efficiency.

    3.Medium-Fine Crushing Stage

    We employ the CS220 hydraulic cone crusher for hard rock and utilise the PF1320 impact crusher for soft rock. These precisely reduce coarse-crushed material to ≤25mm, with flexible discharge opening adjustment to match finished aggregate size requirements.

    4.Closed-loop Grading and Screening

    The 4YK2470 multi-deck vibrating screen performs graded separation, producing compliant aggregates in sizes 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-40mm. Belt conveyors return non-compliant material to the medium-fine crushing equipment for reprocessing, forming a closed-loop process that ensures uniform finished product specifications.

    5.Finished Product Conveyance and Storage

    High-capacity belt conveyors transport qualified aggregates by specification to finished product silos for storage. Silos feature discharge devices that conveniently load transport vehicles, ensuring seamless, uninterrupted operation and continuous production.
