200-300 tph Stone Crusher Plant is configured for medium to large-scale aggregate production. The 200-300 tph Stone Crusher Plant employs a closed-circuit process flow, comprising primary jaw crushing followed by secondary/tertiary crushing via a cone crusher or impact crusher, and is equipped with feeding and grading screening systems. This setup delivers stable output of multiple specifications of compliant aggregate, accommodates diverse rock types, and features high automation levels. It meets aggregate supply requirements for infrastructure and building materials sectors.

1.Raw Material Feeding and Pre-Screening Stage
The core equipment is the ZSW1100×4200 vibrating feeder, with a throughput of 300–500 tonnes per hour. It uniformly and quantitatively conveys raw aggregate to subsequent crushing equipment while removing impurities such as soil and fine powder through its pre-screening function.
2.Primary Crushing Stage
The core equipment is the C110 jaw crusher, with an hourly capacity of 200-350 tonnes. As the primary crushing unit, it reduces pre-screened large rock blocks to an intermediate particle size of 150-250mm, meeting the feed requirements for secondary and tertiary crushing equipment.
3.Medium and Fine Crushing Stage
Core equipment comprises the CS250 cone crusher (suitable for hard rock) or PFW1320 impact crusher (suitable for soft rock with superior particle shape). This stage processes medium-sized aggregates from coarse crushing, reducing them to the required finished aggregate size range (≤25mm).
4.Grading and Screening Stage
Core equipment comprises the 4YK2470 multi-deck vibrating screen, fitted with sieves of varying apertures. This unit grades the crushed material while separating undersize particles that fail to meet specifications. We return these undersize particles to the medium-fine crushing stage for reprocessing via belt conveyors, forming a closed-circuit crushing system.
5.Finished Product Conveyance and Storage Stage
Qualified finished aggregates, separated through screening, are conveyed via belt conveyors (capacity 300-400t/h) to corresponding specification finished product silos for storage. We fit each silo with an unloading device.
