Jaw crusher is used in primary crushing for stones and bulk materials. Because of its simple structure, solidity, reliable operation, easy maintenance and overhaul, and relatively low production and construction costs. Jaw crusher is still widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, and electric power , transportation and other industrial sectors, used for coarse, medium and fine crushing of various ores and rocks with compressive strength of 147-245MPa. In order to meet the high-strength and high-hardness crushing needs of industrial sectors such as metallurgy, mining, and construction, Zhongya Machinery has been investing a lot of manpower, material resources, and financial resources in the development of new high-efficiency and energy-saving jaw crusher.
The motor drives the belt and pulley to move the movable jaw up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, thereby pushing the movable jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is crushed or split to achieve the purpose of crushing; when the movable jaw descends, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring, and finally the crushed material is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber.
