WORKING PRINCIPLE

The impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. When the machine is working, the rotor rotates at high speed driven by the motor. Upon entering the plate hammer action zone, the material impacts the rotor's plate hammer and undergoes crushing. Then it is thrown to the impact device and crushed again. The material rebounds off the impact liner and returns to the plate hammer action zone for secondary crushing.
