Agitating tank is a stirring device used to stir the ore pulp before flotation operation. The motor rotates the impeller through a V-belt, ensuring thorough mixing of the ore pulp and reagent. WORKING PRINCIPLE

The Agitating Tank in mining machinery is mainly used for mixing and stirring of slurry, chemicals or flotation materials, and its working principle is to rotate the stirring shaft driven by electric motor, which drives the blades to generate vortex and shear force, so as to make the materials in the drum fully mixed and uniform, and at the same time, the speed can be adjusted to adapt to the needs of different concentrations and viscosities. Stirring drum usually consists of drum body, transmission device, stirring mechanism and bracket, etc. The ore dressing process widely uses it in pharmaceutical preparation, slurry pretreatment, and other steps to ensure chemical reactions or physical mixing are thorough, improving subsequent sorting efficiency.
