Background

River stones are also called pebbles. The customer selected local common river pebbles as raw materials. The customer was very satisfied with our products. We proposed a combination of jaw crusher and cone crusher combined with the functional characteristics of sand washing machine. It turns out that this solution is scientific, reasonable and effective.

Solutions

• Feeding equipment:The rocks and stones to be crushed are fed into the jaw crusher through the feeder.
• Crushing equipment: Generally jaw crusher is used for primary crushing while impact crusher, cone crusher, gravel crusher are used for secondary and tertiary crushing.
• Vibrating screens: these machines are used to separate the different sizes of material obtained from the crusher.
• Belt Conveyors: These are used to transport material from one machine to another at different stages of the process.
• Central Electrical Control System: controls and monitors the operation of the entire system.
