Granite crushing production line in Niger

Background

Niger customers need to develop local granite mines to produce aggregates for highways. They asked engineers to design a 300t/h granite crushing line. Granite is a hard rock and is very abrasive to the crusher. Therefore, the design of the hard rock production line should be reasonable, taking into account not only the investment cost of the crushing project, but also the operating cost.

Solutions

Engineers from the Zhongya Machinery Factory formed a professional team based on customer needs and designed a granite crushing production line for customers.

• Jaw crusher: The vibrating feeder evenly transports the stone to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing.
• Cone crusher: The belt conveyor transfers the coarsely crushed material to the cone crusher for further crushing.
• Vibrating screen: The vibrating screen receives the crushed material for screening, and the belt conveyor then transports the material that meets the finished product size requirements to the finished product pile.
• Belt Conveyor: The material that does not meet the finished product size requirements is returned from the vibrating screen to the cone crusher for processing, forming a closed loop.
