Process Introduction

Sand making plant is a special production line for producing sand and aggregate materials for construction. In the sand making plant, natural rocks, sandstones, river pebbles and other materials can be processed into artificial sand that meets the requirements of building sand, so as to replace the natural river sand for the buildings and construction industries that need high-quality aggregates. Any kind of material with different hardness grades such as limestone, basalt, granite, dolomite, gabro can be crushed. In addition to sand (fine materail) it is also possible to produce other 3 different final fractions simultaneously.

Sand production plant equipment workflow

Raw material supply: Vibrating feeder conveys raw material evenly and screens out impurities initially.

Coarse crushing: Jaw crusher crushes the raw material to ≤150mm coarse material.

Medium crushing process: Cone crusher/impact crusher crushes the material twice, and produces medium and fine material ≤30mm.

Sand making and molding: Vertical shaft impact crusher crushes and shapes the materials to produce 0-5mm sand.

Grading and screening: Multi-layer vibrating screen accurately grades the material, and the material with super particle size returns to be reprocessed.

Washing and cleaning: wheel bucket sand washer removes stone powder and soil, and improves the cleanliness of finished products.

Fine sand recycling: cyclone device recovers lost fine sand and improves the utilization rate of resources.

Finished product stockpiling: automated conveying system classifies and stores finished sand of different specifications.

Environmental protection treatment: pulse dust removal + circulating water system to realize clean production.
