    Process Introduction

    The equipment configuration of artificial sand making plant includes vibrating feeder, coarse crusher, medium and fine crusher, vibrating screen, sand making machine, Sand washing machine, dehydrator,belt conveyor. According to different demands, sand making plants include pebble sand production line, limestone sand production line and the like. All of which could produce aggregates from granite, basalt, pebbles, limestone, river pebbles, calcite, slag, etc.It can crush various of rocks into different particle size, with uniform shape and high compressive strength, artificial crushed sand is high quality aggregate for highway, railway, water conservancy, concrete mixing station and other industries.

    Sand production plant equipment workflow

    1. Large stone material is crushed by jaw crusher and cone crusher firstly by the vibrating feeder regularly feeding.

    2. Then 0-40mm aggregate is transported by belt conveyor into VSI vertical impact crusher for making sand.

    3. Material large than 10mm returns to VSI machine to crush again forming a closed loop. 5-10mm material can be partially finished according to the discharge requirements. Material less than 5mm enters sand washing machine to clean.

    4. Here we could provide solution to meet different requirement. If you need 0.075mm fine sand, a fine sand recycling machine is a good choice. If 0-5mm sand is what you need, you could directly get it after screening, or get clean sand using sand washing machine, or quickly get high quality sand using fine sand recycling and dewatering machine.

      Grain shape optimization: through centrifugal impact of the vertical shaft sand making machine, the angularity rate is ≤25%, close to natural sand; controllable grading: the screening system can adjust the screen aperture to meet the requirements of Zone II sand in the GB/T 14684-2022 standard.
    • Outstanding environmental protection performance
      Fully enclosed plant + pulse dust collector (dust concentration ≤10mg/m³); low noise design (equipment foundation vibration damping + acoustic enclosure), plant noise ≤65dB.
    • Flexibility and Expansion
      Wet and dry: sand washing can be omitted in arid areas, and the powder can be controlled by wind selection; dewatering can be strengthened in humid areas; modularized design: in the future, when expanding the production capacity to 200 tons/hour, only the sand making machine and screening equipment need to be added Modular design: only sand making machine and screening equipment need to be added for future expansion to 200 tons/h.
